Approving the proof must be your responsibility before your job can proceed to production. Berrysweet Designs, LLC cannot be responsible to proof nor approve your work for any typographic errors, omissions or mistakes. While we will bring to your attention any errors that we notice, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING AND ERRORS.

NOTE: Any major changes made after the first revised proof will incur additional production costs of $15.00 + design time per revised proof. If minor changes like updating/repostioning copy then it will be an additional $5.00 + design time per revised proof. These E-Proofs are privileged and copy written. Any unauthorized use of these files by any unintended recipient is prohibited.

: ERRORS :

If we produce work that contains errors that are NOT caused by Berrysweet Designs, LLC then you are responsible for full productions costs, as well as for the cost of producing the work a second time, if you request us to do so.

: COLOR MATCHING :

If close color matching is a requirement of the job, then your must let us know at the beginning of the job and specify PMS colors or otherwise provide color samples. The color of your E-Proofs as they appear on your monitor are only a close representation of the final printed piece. Colors may vary dependent on your monitor's brightness, contrast and color adjustment settings. 

If color matching is critical to your order then we strongly urge you to request a color proof printed on the same stock of paper that will be used before we print the entire job. A hard copy proof costs $20.00 and will ship FREE via USPS unless otherwise requested by you where additional fees will apply.

: BOTTOM LINE :

Please help avoid mistakes and re-dos. Carefully proofread your work beforehand, and be sure to request a proof before we run the entire job, if color matching is an issue!

O Layout:

View the overall layout for information or elements for proper location or position.

O Color:

The color of your E-Proofs as they appear on your monitor are only a close representation of the final printed piece. Colors may vary dependent on your monitor's brightness, contrast and color adjustment settings. 

O Information/Spelling/Grammar:

It is recommended that you have a couple of people read through and check over your proofs for spelling and grammatical content. Examine proofs several times over. Make sure you have not omitted any thing and also look for odd line breaks, symbol replacements or other oddities that might be due to computer errors or font glitches. Clearly note any changes and location to the designer via phone, fax, mail or E-mail.

O Approval:

We are not responsible for images that are supplied incorrectly (low resolution, incorrect color or blurred). Printed proofs are HIGHLY recommended if color matching is critical to your order.
