There is a fee for a setup proof to be sent to you via email. Any changes to the proof are also subject to a fee thereafter. Proofs are highly recommended so a visual image is available to proofread and correct any necessary changes. I will not be responsible for any problems overseen by you, the client, once it is sent to be printed after final approval [see deposit and cancellations, return policy].

Sketches are available upon request to be sent via email before job has been accepted. Fee does apply.

At this moment, I only accept cash/checks, but will be able to process credit cards soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

deposits and cancellations 

A deposit is due once a job has been approved - at least 50% of total order [or close to it]. Deposit will not be returned if order is canceled. Remaining balance must be paid in full prior to being shipped.

shipping 

Shipping is usually standard 10-14 business days after final approval from you to be sent to print [depending on the complexity of the job], but there is a rush option [when applicable] for an extra charge as well. Local delivery/pick-up within a 25-mile radius is an option to avoid extra shipping charges.

return policy

Apologizies for any inconvenience, but we will not be able to process any returns, exchanges, or credits as each job is specifically designed for you. That is why viewing a proof is highly recommended prior to final approval.
